The Internet as Communication, Information and Research Instrument in Africa - Possibilities and Obstacles

On 19/20 November 2002 and in coperation with the Centre National de Développement de l’Informatique de Douala (CENADI), AfricAvenir organised a workshop on “The Internet as a tool of communication, information and scientific research in Africa”.
