Democratisation Process - Challenges and Perspectives
Through an agreement between AfricAvenir and the German Heinrich Böll Foundation in 1995, three seminars and 18 African palavers were organised on “Democratisation, Decentralisation and Ethnicity in a Democratic System” in Douala, Yaoundé and in different villages.
