A murder investigation frames the background for narrating the story of Madame Brouette – a strong woman, who is comitted to make a living for herself and her daughter in some poor neighbourhood in Dakar, Senegal. ‘African Perspectives’ Windhoek will show movies which reflect the wide variety of the work of African film producers and of African movie productions.
